One should try to arrive in time to be able to meditate for several hours on the first day. Participation requires regular meditation practice and that participants have not taken psychedelics or other psychoactive drugs during the past 12 months.
Meditation is available from 15:00 on the first day of the retreat. Participation from the first to the final day of the course is a prerequisite.
People over the age of 75 are not recommended to attend retreats involving particularly long periods of meditation, and those who do participate must consider the possible health-related challenges themselves.
Guidance groups are available in both English and Scandinavian languages.
