Puerto Plata (POP) is the most convenient airport to travel to Cabarete. You must arrange for your own airport transfer to the venue. A taxi from Puerto Plata to Cabarete costs approximately $40 USD. The taxi can carry 3-4 passengers so there are opportunities to share costs with other Acem travelers if coordinated properly.
