2. Prices
All prices include VAT. The shopping cart shows the total price including VAT.
2.1 Payment
Payment may be made by the chosen payment method at checkout. We offer payment by card or mobile payment methods like Vipps, SWISH or MobilePay. Card withdrawals are made upon registration or when the item has been ordered.
4. Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order and is added before the completion of the purchase.
4.1 Delivery methods
We deliver goods by post.
4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or be defective, you can contact us at acem@acem.no for further instructions. You have at wo-year right of complaint in accordance with Norwegian law.
5. Cancellation
5.1 Cancellation of products
As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. The right of cancellation can only be used if the item can be returned in the original packaging and is essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it must not be used beyond that. When you exercise the right of cancellation, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.
If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we received the goods. See also the Consumer Council or the Distant Sales Act.
5.2 Right of cancellation for purchasing of a course with accommodation.
Should you be prevented from attending a course, please notify the Acem office as soon as possible. If you cancel your registration no later than 14 days before the course starts, the course fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of EUR 50. If you cancel your registration later, the course fee is not refunded. Acem will not refund any transportation expenses you may have because of
cancellation.
5.3 Right of cancellation for purchasing of a course without accommodation.
Should you be prevented from attending a course, please notify the Acem office as soon as possible, and your course fee will be refunded.
6. Privacy, security and personal information
In connection with the order, you accept that we store and use the information you have provided. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also store all communication we have with you via e-mail in order to provide the service that you expect from us. We will not share your personal information with third parties.
9.1 Force majeure
Special circumstances that are not under human control such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster or serious infection that prevents the parties from fulfilling their obligations may release a party from the obligations. Such an exception applies provided that fulfillment of the obligations of the party cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified immediately of the circumstances of use of this provision.
9.2 Change of contract
After you as a customer have made a purchase, we have no right to change the terms of the relevant purchase unless otherwise agreed.

9.4 Disputes and choice of law
Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these terms shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court.
