Turid Suzanne Berg-Nielsen

(b. 1951)

learnt Acem Meditation in 1976 and is an initiator in Acem. In 1996 she became a leader of communication groups in Acem. For several years she has been an editor of the cultural journal Dyade, and is a popular lecturer in Acem. She holds courses in Acem Meditation in English and German. She is married, has three children and lives in Trondheim, Norway.

In 2002 Turid received her Ph.D. in psychology, based on her thesis Parenting practices and mentally disordered adolescents. At the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim she is an Associate Professor of Clinical Child Psychology.
