Course type: Refresher Meetings
Do you want to get back on track? Did you never really get started, have you just had a break from meditation or don't you get to meditate as much as you wanted?
We start out with a 30 min group meditation and the meeting is designed to help you make a plan for your meditation practice, to repeat the basics and discuss what makes it difficult to establish meditation as a habit. It is often helpful to meet with other meditators and discuss and share experiences.
